-Handling all customers inquires of technical problems
-Technical Troubleshooting in Networking , ADSL, Modems and configuration
- Coordinate Daily technical visits with explanation of tech problems
- Support technical support in their daily visits as one team-work
Skills :
- Good Command of English Language
- Good Communication skills and handling one
- Good technical background in Networking & Software troubleshooting
