Title: HR Specialist
Education: Any Suitable Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 0-1 Preferable Fresh grade 
Gender Female
HR Coordinator - Entry level 
Job Qualification:
- B.A or B.SC. Any discipline. 
- Excellent MS Excel is a must.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress. 
- Fresh Graduates.
- very good English is a must. 
HR Certificate/ diploma from AUC or British council IS MUST 
Location: Nasr city /New cairo
The Candidates will be Trained on:
• Directs and follows up the periodic performance appraisal process according to the set policies and procedures, ensures the compliance to the set time frames, reviews and analyzes appraisal results and ensures providing the feedback to direct managers.
• Scanning all the applications and resumes, interviewing applicants, evaluate applicant skill and make recommendations regarding applicant's’ qualifications.
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
• Preparing all reports related to salaries and payroll variables (Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bonus, Salary Increase, allowances, gift, etc....).
• Follow the work of medical and social insurance for staff and solve problems related. 
• Preparing HR Reports periodically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to Branch & sent it to the HR Branches Section Head an executive summary about all HR activity.
