Title: International Call center Advisor (German Account)
**JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handle German Customers inquires and complaints.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Performs other duties as assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS:
1) Fluent German
2) Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
3) Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts and 2 days off)
4) Egyptian Nationality and Foreigners
5) Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
