Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for a Multinational Industrial Gas manufacturing and distribution Company, KSA, the Job Description is as following:
Job title: Logistics Executive
Reporting to: Logistics & Procurement Director
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing logistics operations involving the coordination with transporters, C&F agents and other external agencies to achieve seamless and cost-effective transport solutions.
• liaising with regulatory authorities like excise and customs, etc. to obtain necessary clearances I sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.
• Manage all import I export shipments, coordination with customs clearance agents, freight forwarders and domestic logistics for smooth functioning.
• Preparing and implementing all the SOPs relevant to logistics department.
• Provide shipment statistics and delivery schedule.
• Handling all customers (internal and external) issues related to products availability and deliveries, Coordinating with accountants and auditors for accounting, book-keeping and finalization of yearly financial statements.
• Sustaining the existing network and managing the supply chain;
• Monitoring stock availability, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
Experience: 5-6 years in logistics management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
• Computer Skills: Very good (Excel and Word)
• Experience in software logistics modules (is a plus).
• Experience in compiling and executing supplier contracts
• Good communication, management and negotiation skills
• English Language: Very good
Nationality: Egyptian, Tunisian, Moroccan
Work Location: Riyadh, KSA
