Job Tasks

·Responsible for day-to-day management
of relationship Clients..
· Responding to requests in a
timely and thorough manner.
·Maintains constant communication
with clients regarding project requirements.
·Responsible for notifying clients
of relevant fluctuations.
·Provides timely and straightforward
reporting.
· Responsible for ensuring all
projects progress according to schedule.
· Providing the operations team
with timelines for projects.
·Responsible for following up on
deliverables .
· Plans, schedules, and manages the
work needed to ensure the successful completion of project.
· Updating client profiles.
· Managing expectations with
clients regarding difficult projects.
