Requirements:
• Develop solutions to customer problems using the best technologies available
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Must have deep expertise in various web applications development using AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, UML, .NET.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team setting
• Excellent understanding of database modeling
• Excellent Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to development requirements
• Strong knowledge of database and information architecture, with web application integration
• Develop and deliver design documents
• Cross-browser/platform experience
• Experience working with, designing and developing Content Management Systems
• Needs to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential

• Object Oriented Analysis & Design, UML.
• C# .NET, VB .NET, ASP.NET, ADO .NET, Web Services, and WCF.
• LINQ , Microsoft Entity Framework.
• ASP.NET AJAX, Java script, JQuery, CSS, XML, X Path, XSLT.
•Experience with Design Patterns
•Experience with dependency injection.
•N Unit or other automated unit test development tool.
•Experience using mocking frameworks such as Type Mock or Rhino Mocks.
• MS SQL Server (2000, 2005, 2008), MS Access.
• TFS, VSS.
• Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reports.
• SharePoint and WWF will be a plus.
• Active Directory Programming will be a Plus.
