International Call center Advisor UK Account (No Overnight Shifts)
*JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handle British Customers inquires and complaints.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Understanding customer’s circumstances and being supportive
-Ability to work in a Team
-Performs other duties as assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS:
1) Graduates and Undergraduates
2) Fluent English with Native accent
3) Excellent communication & problem solving Skills
4) Flexible with shift basis (10 hours rotational shifts, 5 days a week and 2 days off)
5) Egyptian Nationality
6) Military Service status: Finished or Exempted
7) One year Experience in a call center is a plus
